These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PDF Hub ("Service") operated by AURORA Platform ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

PDF Hub is a web-based platform that provides document processing tools including:

• PDF to Word conversion
• Word to PDF conversion
• PDF to image conversion
• Image to PDF conversion
• PDF merging, splitting, and compression
• Other document processing tools

3. User Accounts and Registration

While basic services can be accessed without registration, certain features may require account creation. When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for maintaining the security of your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• To process documents containing illegal content, copyrighted material without permission, or confidential information without authorization

5. File Processing and Privacy

File Security: All files uploaded to our service are processed securely and automatically deleted after conversion is complete. We do not store, access, or retain your documents beyond the time necessary for processing.

File Limits: We impose certain limits on file size and processing time to ensure optimal service for all users:

• Maximum file size: 15MB per file (35MB for compression, 5MB for image conversion)
• Maximum processing time: 10 minutes per request
• Rate limiting may apply to prevent abuse

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AURORA Platform and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain all rights to the documents you upload and process through our Service. We claim no ownership rights over your content.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service Availability: We strive to maintain 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Accuracy: While we strive for accurate document conversions, we cannot guarantee perfect results for all documents. Complex formatting may not be preserved exactly.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall AURORA Platform, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

8. API Terms

If you use our API services:

• You must obtain API credentials through our official signup process
• Rate limits and usage quotas apply based on your subscription tier
• Commercial use requires appropriate licensing agreements
• API access may be suspended for violation of terms or excessive usage

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the United States.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
